The new (3rd) edition, on which I have been working for quite sometime
is already twice as large as the previous one. I found a lot of new
info, but I would like to invite people on this list to make
suggestions, ask questions, etc., that could be helpful in the new
edition. Please reply directly or through the list if you feel it is
appropriate.
It looks like the new edition will have a tipped-in print and what is
exciting about it is that it is made from a negative scanned,
enlarged, and printed (as a negative) onto polyester film, with an
Iris ink-jet printer.
