Mido Film Holders

Have been monertering this list for a while and I do have a need for
information about Mido 8x10 film holders. Has anybody hade any experience
with them? I'm considering buying some since they are sooo much liter
than the wooden or plastic ones. How delicate are they? Can they be used
more than twice before they leak light? Are they easy to load? Any design
or manufactoring problems? Any other comments would be greatly
appreciated. They will be used on location and will travel by backpack (in
a box constructed for them).

I am a Platinum printer for fun and profit. Currently more fun than profit.
Mr Nadeau's guide was the 1st book I read about Platinum printing. It was
exteramly useful. Did I see a message about a new Platinum printing book?
