I have finally got around to fixing the archives. If you send
the message "INDEX ALT-PHOTO-PROCESS" to listproc@vast.unsw.edu.au you
should get a reply which looks kind of like this:

Subarchive: current-archive (path: listproc/alt-photo-process/current-archive)
To retrieve any of the archives, send the message (for example,
for the faq):
get listproc/alt-photo-process faq
where the listproc/alt-photo-process is the path in the INDEX info
above, and faq is the file. The files are automatically split into 64k
chunks so as not to confuse older mailer daemons. The size of the chunks
is in brackets after the archive name. The files are sent as text.
The FAQ is a modified version of a draft sent to me by Gord. I
reformatted it a bit to read easier on a terminal, and corrected a few
typos. (Gord if there is anything wrong with it, let me know.)
This all has to be done manually (worse luck), so if you notice
the archives getting a bit behind, send me some email and I'll
straighten them out again (now that I have worked out how :-)).
