I think I picked up on this thread in the middle, but
something was said concerning devising a way to heat
water. I don't know what temperature is desired (I
assume 100 deg. F) but if you have a microwave what I
would do would be to heat about 2/3 of the desired
amount of water in the microwave until it is definately
hotter than the desired temp, and then mix hot and cold
waters until the correct temp is reached. This may
be done mathematically rather easily and end up with the
correct volume, too.
