I don't mean to be a jerk - but.... may I suggest that you look for
the book at your campus library or local public library, I suspect
that you will find a copy. I for one am really tired of requests for
basic information that could easily be gotten with a little footwork;
both on this list an elsewhere. I for one have a great deal of
respect for most of the people who read and post to this list and I
feel they are a valuable resource not to be squandered (when you could
do the work). IMO the net is a valuable tool if used properly. Nuff
said - end of rant.
