Have a use for it I thought I'd pass on - when I travel I take powdered
chemistry and develop my black and white film as I go. POP and a sheet
of acrylic (and some sunlight, useful stuff that) allows me to make
contact sheets as I go, and, if I'm lucky, to go back and reshoot
something that didn't come out the way I wanted it to before I move on.
OK - so hotel maids look at me kind of funny when they see rolls of
negative hanging from the shower pole, but who cares :-).
Also, after the first time I did this traveling abroad, I developed the
practice of dumping any left over chemistry before I came back to the
US - I have visions of a customs agent looking at those white powders -
"Photographic chemicals.....sure, lady."
