I doubt it very much. What Kent was talking about is a device known as a
*light integrator* which monitors not only the intensity but the total
amount of UV radiation coming out of a light exposure system. They take
care of factors such as lamp aging, voltage fluctuation, temperature,
and... the alignment of planets;-)

The amount of UV energy coming out of such systems is at least thousands if
not millions of times higher than what comes out of lights used for museum
displays. The museum units I have seen are little more than overpriced
lightmeters.
