Concerning the question about which fixer to use..Potassium cyanide was the
fixer of choice. This is not the same as potassium ferrocyanide. Im not
positive what the iron does if you use it, but To get the answer to this and
your second question, contact the collodion journal. It is published
quarterly by a couple outside of philadelphia, Mark Osterman and France
Scully. Their address is Scully and Osterman George School Newtown PA 18940.
They are a wealth of information on the subject and can put you in touch with
other wet plate photographers all over the country..If you speak to them tell
