Suggestions about what could be shown in podcast are intriguing, and more 
demonstrations come to mind -- laying down a coat of gum, using register 
pins, cutting mats, removing pesky pizza wheels, etc.

But I wonder about podcasts without video ... how would that be better 
than "the list," that is, than print?  Of course it would save the trouble 
of "key boarding," but it might be more trouble all told, at least for the 
perpetrators.... plus, wouldn't it obviate the list, at least for folks 
who don't keep obsolete (ie, older than 6 months) equipment?
