This is why I love this group of wonderful, generous, curious and informed people: discussion of esoteric but interestingly relevant material. I did read that Hill's procedure was repeated with similar limited success. Dr., or Reverend Hill's work was published by him (as I remember) and I think it might be available through the silve bound series by Arno Press, which was put together by Beumont in the 70's.
