The rubber blanket comes with the Whelan press, but you can also buy it
separately from Whelan. The website is: http://www.whelanpress.com/

I use a thin felt blanket beneath the rubber, as they recommend. I'm
going to try one of my older rubber blankets on the Dickerson I have at
school and see if it makes any significant difference. I'll let you
know.
