This is a theoretical subject, of course, because I don't even use full
strength ammonium dichromate in my mix--only a 15%, so I personally
would use the full strength if I were to use paper negatives. ..
My experience with paper negs is that if they're waxed, for instance with
bees wax, the times are (depending on the light) about 15 minutes. Is
that very long?
