I would like to vote for some organization that has some ties to preserving the origins of photography as a new home for the list- the idea of Eastman House or some other learned institution that is interested in longevity not just a commercial enterprise that may not be around due to economic vagaries.
Whatever that may be- we should consider some permanent place.
