Hi Eric,

For what is worth, I am no expert... but; I had the same problem with the Fabiano Artistico paper when I soaked it in Oxalic Acid... there seemed to be " clumping" of some type of aggregates in the paper or on top...I finally gave up and started using Arches Platine and have had no problems... Fabiano is accessible to me here, Arches has to be ordered from B and S. Now, it appears that Platine is being "retooled" according to B and S...
