I was using same password everywhere like you.
Than someone stole my e mail account and I decided to use longer more
complex passwords but i have the lowest iq , I forget everything. Now I
wrote them to a book and I check from there.
It is good to change passwords , virus softwares and the reinstall the OS
regularly
