Hello! I don't know of any photo-alt exhibitions on at the moment but I can 
always recommend a visit to the new photography gallery at the V&A museum. 
It has classics by Cameron. Emerson and other early British practitioners - 
who were the original photo-altists. The print room with the historical 
collections is open at certain times but I would check first what the times
