Because my water pipes run through my attic, my cold water here in Florida
is always at least 80F.  I've found that keeping all solutions at that
temperature and adjusting times to compensate eliminates reticulation - even
on sensitive films such as Efke.
It hit 108F in the warehouse at work yesterday.

In NYC right now it's 102 with dewpoints in the mid 70's.   My cold 
water faucet temp is coming out at 33c.
