B&H Photo sells Fusion 4000, but you might want to take a look at DRY-LAM
Colortac dry mount tissue. It bonds at 160F and releases at 200F. This is
what I use. B&H also sells it and is less expensive than Fusion 4000.

For a aluminum support just use aluminum flashing available in rolls. It's
thin enough to be cut with a rotary trimmer and can be easily punched with a
punch register.

So what process do you plan to try that requires a bonded registration?
