Hey Bob,
I typically coat and then try to print as soon as the paper is dry enough not to damage the negative. I used to re-humidify, but don't need to do that anymore-- but I do print while the paper is still slightly damp-ish, I guess. I have printed as much as a day later-- when I've coated a paper and then got on to something else and totally forgotten about it. It prints fine, but I did notice a somewhat flatter (lower contrast) look when printing that long after coating.
