As far as I know this is not possible.

For printing unprofiled you can also take a look at this application:

It can print color and black and white to any printer driver (not only QuadTone Rip), profiled or unprofiled, like in the CS2/3 days.

But you have to prepare your image in Photoshop and reopen it in the print tool. The print tool is a far better tool for negative printing than the Adobe Color Utility.
