There are much better adhvesives for PVC than epoxy. Epoxy is a great
glue for wood and some metals but forms a very weak bond with
most plastics, including PVC. It may appear to glue the plastic well
enough but the bond is in fact very weak. Of course, in this application
which is not structural it might do the job, but there are better
alternatives.
