Under my 125w mercury vapour lamp the necessary exposure is about two minutes.
You will see the colour of the coating change . As soon as it does remove it
and wash the paper straight away. It will not wash off. When the dichromate
stain has cleared, dry the paper and continue with your multiple coats of gum.
