The KOL book must be back in print as Photo-Eye in Santa Fe has copies of
it on the shelf. While other books have stuff on photogravure, you might
want to check Deli Sacilotto's book "Photographic printmaking Techniques"
published by Watson-Guptil Publications/ New York. Excellent. Also,
Arnold Gassens "Handbook for Contemporary Photography" has a very good
chapter on photogravure. I believe this particular book is out of print.

Good luck!
