In a workshop last Saturday we found that a gum print from a bubble jet neg
needed about half the exposure of a straight continuous tone film nef
although both had the same apparent d max and base + fog readings.

Someone suggested that it was because the bubble jet image was more
sensitive to UV light.

Is this so or has it something to do with the dot pattern?
