Moi aussi je suis intéressé à avoir l'adresse Internet de tout ceux qui
peuvent communiquer en français:

There are several outstanding experts on the net and on this list who can't
contribute because they can't write properly, if at all in English. I
myself manage to read several languages that I can't write properly
-English being one of them;-)

The other day, on the International TV5, they were saying that about three
years ago some 95% of the Internet traffic was in English. Now it is more
like 60% and this will keep going down as more and more cultures get online
and start their own mailing lists, newsgroups, web sites, online databases,
etc.

There are probably enough francophone Alt-photo specialists now to start a
small mailing list. I also know that the Ecole Lumière in Paris is supposed
to be online soon.

Please note that this is not a question of necessarily abandoning this list
in favor of another one. It is simply a question of adding to what is
already available out there.

If there are other such lists running in other languages you should inform
readers of this list who might be interested in joining your group.
