This is a very interesting thread.
The tests I am presently performing with kallitypes show that the color of
the final print can be varied with very small percentage changes in the
sensitizer. With the same sodium acetate developer we can get from a very
warm sepia to a warm dense chocolate brown or a very cold saturated black.
For this I use much more concentrated solutions of Fe2(C2O4)3 and AgNO3 and
contrast controling agents both in the sensitizer and developer. I shall
bring examples to Bath.
