At the end of last year I made about five litres of the stuff using Dick
Steven's peroxide method. I tested each batch against a year old solution
to find that although some were less than 20% and others more, all gave a
similar results against a step wedge.
The year old solution gave about two steps less for the same exposure.

This comment is only related to my experience with my home made product.
