Peter,

Under separate cover I will send you three different scans of the Fresson
paper sample that I have. All were done using a HP-4C flat bed scanner.

The initial scan (2x10" area) image was in the automode showing just a
black image which is what the paper looks like(you saw it in the pub on
Sat evening after the APIS).

The 2nd scan (2x10" area) is with the brightness greatly increased; it
clearly shows a pattern to the coating which looks like what you would
expect from a spin coating operation.

The 3rd and final scan is in the same location as the prior scans but
at a 400% size increase (4x magnification) which only further identifies
the coating pattern.

All three scans were taken perpendicular to what I believe to be lines
created from a spin coating application.

I'm interested to hear what you think about the images.

Sincerely, Art
