After further research on Platine batch 53445 the only problems is for
printers who use Tween 20

Batch 53445 is slightly more absorbant thean the other batches of Platine -
it therefore doesn't need Tween 20 to get a good black

Other batches of Platine may be fractionally less absorbant and some
printers have reported achieving better blacks with tiny amounts of Tween 20.

I would point out that Platine was designed in 1992 when the use of Tween
20 was very unusual. Tween 20 is very volatile to the sizing of any paper
and too much will cause unever coating and blotchy prints.
