RE: Tween

I have found the use of Tween 20 to be beneficial with most of the
papers I have tested, the most significant exceptions being Platine
which behaved just like previously reported by others on the list
(with the notable exception of David F.), and Platinotype which
showed no difference. Some papers, such as Moulin du Gue and Gampi,
really sang with the addition of a drop of 10% Tween to the recipe.
Others such as Waterford and Artistico I still can't get to work
worth a damn (sorry Terry). And some, such as Classico and Italia,
which a year ago I thought to be very promising are now real losers as
well.
I am currently compiling the results of the tests I've been working
on with Dick Arentz and will hopefully be ready to post them to the
list before the end of the year. Also, gotta try the new Fabriano
Uno.
