Woodburytypes / Stannotypes

I recently discovered this remarkable forum and noticed
a great deal of discussion regarding dichro-gel printing.
My personal interest is in utilizing the Woodburytype or
Stannotype for creating photo-bookworks.
One aspect of the process that I've been unable to research
is an "improvement" that appeared after Woodbury's death ;
that being the Woodbury-gravure.
I would be most pleased to speak with anyone who has
knowledge of these techniques.
