I am not a chemist, but I have a friend who is studying for his PhD degree in
Material Science Engineering. His research involved polymer hardening and I
have heard him talking about uv hardening of polymer. I will ask him for some
general infomation this weekend and post it next week.
I probably can't find specific information about the product you mentioned,
but I will try to find out info. like hardening of polymer with or without
dichromate and related things.
