seems this what do you other alternative folks call it? a "thread"--is
getting good. i would think the way to go would be to set up a web gallery
for "alt processes" whatever they may be--something like the list but
sponsored by the right sorts (credible) institutions--is it possible to get
a university to sponsor/donate server space for this through an organization
of some sorts like APIS or? i mean "we" could put on curated shows and
post/solicit reviews as i think was suggested--have images to crit--i mean
this could do a lot for art, photo, alt-photo--i mean and i may not be
practical about this but it seems similar to the old camera club--which for
awhile was a major voice (competing with the academy) over the direction of
photography and art really too since Steiglitz based the photo-seccession on
the seccessionist painters, etc in europe. oh-jewelia--you are so
romantic--wake up!
