True, however thin does not necessarily mean weak. I have been
successfully wet processing Bienfang 360 Lay Out Paper for years in a
size of 11x14 inches. I have never had a problem with tearing or
damaging of the paper. I generally handle it with both hands, one on
each of two adjacent corners. This paper has incredible wet strength.
I have found it to shrink about 1.25% (about and eighth of an inch on an
8x10) on the first wet/dry, but very little, if any, on subsequent
wet/drys.

Now this paper does want to wrinkle just from the humidity in the air.
For prints larger than 4x5, I generally will dry mount the finished
print to a thicker high quality paper with archival mounting tissue.

I use Bienfang 360 for Pt/Pd. Has anyone used this paper for Gum?
