This could cause some problems. Dextrin is not potato starch. Dextrin is an
adhesive made by heating starch (all in the US, I know, is made from
cornstarch) under controlled conditions. Dextrin will dissolve in water, potato
starch will form a suspension. So which is correct? They are decidedly
different.
