Oh yeah, live in Toronto. I go to Montréal all the time, a couple of good
friends live there, did you see the show at the CCA re:the industrail
sites in Veneza-Marghera?

You should contact your municipality directly and find out about their
specific disposal programs.

I do know that if you operate a commercial photographic business your
chemical waste is just that "chemical waste" and must be disposed of
properly.

I don't believe that municipal sewage systems are set up to deal with
photographic chemicals, besides do you want to dump those toxins into the
St Lawrence?
