pricing, of course, is a forecast---so i'll just develop a couple of
sure-fire forecasting models for ya'--gonna take me a few decades to collect
all the data i need and test drive 'em--but i'll let you know as soon as i
have the R.H. results in

there are two fundamental approaches to making a forecast:

1) naive time series methods are quite trendy
and
2) in this case--i would guess multivariate autoregressive methods (that
feed on the self: just as in autoerotic) are most appropriate...

,but, both methods are appropriately historically (de-)based in theory
