It is an excellent thing that you actually have a written contract with a
gallery. at least when the Inland Revenue (IRS in the USA) visit you can
point to a written contract. The profit you win from the contract is then
transparent to them, as are the expenses incurred in any loss!!!! Well
done. Contracts are a double edged sword in this instance.
