DEAR JUDY,
Alan was my professor of History and Aesthetics of Photography at RIT
around 150 years ago...1971, I believe. We have been friends ever since. He
visited my studio in NYC in my Fashion Fastlane days and told me his idea
about marketing photography...around 1978 or 79. "and behold what he has
wrought".
He wisely has visited me a few times here in Barbasdos during NYC
winters. I try to get one lecture out of him for local photographers and
students each time. He seems to enjoy spreading the word...
