Oh wow! So that's name of the thrift-shop treasure I have on the wall-- a
spade shaped leaf, about 7 inches tip to stem, with a picture of a cowboy
on horseback picked out in silhouette. I don't have a clue how it was
done, except that it seems dried and somehow selectively brushed.
Definitely a "delicate canvas" tho suggests more use as a "negative" to
print through, than to actually print on.
