DEAR JANET,
    When I assisted in NYC in 1972 I used one of those printers for contact
printing my boss's negs. We used Azo and developed it in Printofine,
another fine product lost to history, though I suspect that it was a
variation of Ansco 130. Yes, the toggle switches are for selectively
dodging chosen areas. Is my memory correct that you have "off", "normal",
and "high" settings or are they just ON/OFF?
Either way the result is subtle but effective.
    I don't know if they were designed for printing out papers...I suspect
not as they are tungsten lights and not very rich in U.V. which POP seems to
like. Sorry, can't help you on availability of bulbs. Enjoy that printer!
