Rodinal in high dilution 1:100 is a very good choice for high definition
(with "maximum" grain) ==> you have no physical development.
You have the same effect with HC110
The usual way is Rodinal + low speed, film (Agfapan 25...)
with sulfite in a big proportion, like D23 (sulfite 100, metol 8, water
1000) you have a maximum physical development, low grain, low definition.
