hello john

I have no problem to clear Pure platinum , extravagatype or pizzigheli. if
you have any problem you could clear this way.
a good water wash 5 min.
1st an acid bath (what ever the acid citric, phosporic , EDTA2Na, oxalic
and at last chloridric)
Water wash 1 min.
2nd hypo clearing kodak 10min
water wash
3rd hypo clrearing bath 10min.
water wash
a basic bath of sodiul carbobate.
and a 30 min wash.

all these depend of the paper you use as paper react differently to clearing
bath.

so which paper do you use?
do you use Tween 20 and at wich dilution?

P.S: check the PH of your water, if it slightly basicit is perhaps better
to put your print directly in an acid bath
