There is major reason I use altrnative processes. I like the results
better. When I made my first decent prints in pt/pd, conventional silver
prints suddenly became lifeless and cheap to my eyes. My opinion hasn't
changed much since then. I also like the greater control and freedom, the
craft aspect, etc., but if the results weren't there it wouldn't matter.
