Judy's right. Sounds like yet another high-tech solution to a low-tech
problem. I suspect I am a good deal less green than Judy- I won't rip out my
beautiful leaky Victorian sash windows to replace them with hermetic modern
plastic ones and I have a weakness for Jaguar cars; but even I have to
question the philosophy underlying some of these "solutions".
