here are the difference between brown and green ferric citrate ammonium
the green one contain 14 % of iron and brown 22%
brown weight / mole 615
green weight / mole 733

and green is  little acid and brown a little basic


I don't find any conversion tools as the both are alittle different but  
here are 2 cyanotype formula optimized for each salt.

water 100ml
potassium freeicyanure 8g
green citrate ferric 18g

and for the brown
water 100ml
potassium freeicyanure 5g
brown citrate ferric 9.5g

I also made vandyke using brown and It give me good result.
