peeling off emulsion

Hello everyone,
        Just wondering if anyone knows of a process that peels off the
emulsion off of black and white prints in a way that one is able to paste
the peeled off emulsion onto another surface (ie wood or any other surface).
Is it also possible to do this with color prints?
