A)  Film recorder negatives (continuous tone) are widely available from service
bureaus in 35mm, 70mm & 4x5 for only a few bucks.  This sounds like what the
original poster was looking for - - something he could enlarge - - but I
wouldn't know where in Taiwan to go.  Imagers.com is a cheap source here.

B) Printing with Karl Koenig's Gumoil method will erase all the dots in even 300
dpi laser output as the ink smears and the gum is etched.  You will get a CT
image, but it will be derived from a halftone.
