I paid $10.95 for that edition in about 1983, marked down at Strand. If
it's worth now in US dollars (about?) 10 times as much -- oh shucks,
that's not as good as an Internet stock....

It is a wonderful book and I certainly wouldn't sell it for that price.  
However, unless there's some particular history or explanation you're
looking for, aren't most of the formulas in, for instance, Steve Anchell's
Darkroom Cookbook?
