Tom,
I'd avoid HC110 with FP4+ because of its hair-trigger contrast reaction
when developed to platinum levels. D76 or the Ilford equivalent is
likely to be much smoother and easier to control. Also, FP4+ is a
perfect candidate for pyro, either PMK or ABC+.
